Potters Drop Game 2, Look to Win Series Tonight Charles Middleton drives in a run with a sac fly The Potters lose the 2nd game of the series to the San Francisco Seals. The Seals scored 16 runs off 11 hits and 9 walks. The big blow for the Seals came in the 8 run 5th inning when Louis Gaitley hit a grand slam to put the Seals up 11-2 at the time. Potters looked to get a comeback going in the game but left the bases loaded in the 5th and 6th innings. The final score was 16-5. The Potters fall to 2-3 and the Seals improve to 1-3 Josh Ludeman continued to pitch well out of the bullpen throwing another scoreless inninng for the Potters with a strikeout. Logan Wurm and Grant St. Martin also continued to hit well as they went 1-3 each. Charles Middleton, a Lincoln High alum, hit a sacrifice fly in the 2nd inning.
