Potters Add Pair of Southpaws

It's announcement time! Today's Select Tax & Bookkeeping Player Signing Announcement inlcudes a pair of left-handed pitchers!

The Potters have added pre-season All-American Walker Dodero and Del Oro High School standout Jakob Frederick to their 2018 roster!

Walker Dodero - LHP/1B
Walker is a sophomore at Butte College in Oroville and is originally from Red Bluff, CA. The lefty pitcher also plays first base and outfield for the Roadrunners and was named a 2018 NorCal Pre-Season All-American by the CCCBCA. In his freshman season at Butte he hit .250 with six home runs and 18 RBI. 

Jakob Frederick - LHP
Jakob is a senior at powerhouse Del Oro High School in Loomis, CA. As a junior, the southpaw went 4-3 with a 3.47 ERA and 45 strikeouts in 42 1/3 innings of work. The one-time San Jose State commit also hit .326 with 17 RBI at the plate and added 13 stolen bases.
