Potters Get Swept by Gold Sox

In the last regular-season home game of the year, the Potters were unable to come back and beat the Gold Sox losing game three, 5-2.

The Potters racked up seven hits but only two runs were able to come across. Isaiah Garcia went 1-for-4 with the only RBI of the night. Scoring the two runs on the night was Zach Hall who went 2-for-4 and Joey Torres who also went 2-for-4.

On the mound, Johnathan Lavallee got the start and the loss pitching six innings while allowing four runs on seven hits, walking one and striking out five.

The Potters have moved into third place in the Great West League with a record of 34-23, one game behind Chico. The Potters start a three-game series against the Yuba City Bears in Marysville tonight.
