Potters pitching struggled with command issuing 15 walks on the night. Nolan Jensen and Bradley Wilcott performed well out of the pen going 4 innings and only giving up 1 run and striking out 5. Polo Portello and Ty Tracy combined to work 5 1/3 innings with 10 strikeouts and gave the Gold Sox a much-needed boost to keep the Potter offense down. Both teams combined with 27 walks and 33 strikeouts with only 12 hits. Jorge Bojorquez recorded 2 of those hits and scored 2 runs on the night as well. Eddie Park reached based 4 times by recording 4 walks as the top of the potters lineup was able to work it's way on base throughout the game. Ty Tracy took the win and Angel Cespedes takes the loss. Potters Fall to 2-1 on the year. Potters hitters struck out 19 times on the night and that lack of contact hurt them with runners in scoring position.
