Parker Dominates as Bats Explode

The Potters bats exploded, putting up 17 runs against the Santa Rosa Athletics. The Potters hitters combined to get 18 hits leading to a 17-0 victory. Leading the charge, Matt Lopez with three RBI’s and Jordyn Berry and Nolan Young hitting in two runs a piece. Six Potters hitters had multi-hits, all getting two hits. Pitching was lights out, only giving up two hits to the Athletics. Third year veteran Potter, Travis Parker could not miss the glove, throwing 5.0 innings striking out 12, allowing just one hit, and earning his first win of the season. Larry Fonseca and Grant Woodside, combined to help slam the door, striking out four. The Potters improve 3-1 on the season. Our home stand continues Tuesday, June 4th, against the Healdsburg Prune Packers. Make sure to come for Tuesday $2 beer provided by Loomis Basin and McDonalds Friends and Family night!
