Potters to the Championship To The Championship The Potters win their semi final game against the AE Express 12-2 to advance to the championship game of the West Coast World Series. Starting pitcher Ryan Castillo led the Potters to their victory only giving up 1 earned run in his 5 innings pitched with 6 strikeouts. Reliever, Woody Brennan, closed out the last 2 innings of the game giving up 1 hit and 0 runs.
The Lincoln Potters were hot at the plate today with 16 hits. Drew Andrews, Jason Hanson, and Conner Barth each had 2 hits. Zach Chamizo and Quincy Malbrough had 3 hits apiece. Marlborough had 3 RBI today and Hanson had 4 RBI including his 3 run home run in the 3rd inning.
