2022 Potters Promotional Schedule Released
 

Lincoln, CA - The Lincoln Potters have released their 2022 Promotional Schedule in advance of Single-Game Tickets going on sale Monday, April 11 at 10:00am. 

The Potters sixth season at Historic McBean Stadium will be their second as official members of the illustrious California Collegiate League and will feature 33 home games and 22 road contests. Lincoln will play a total of 34 league games against the Healdsburg Prune Packers, Walnut Creek Crawdads, Solano Mudcats, and newest member Sonoma Stompers. Additionally, Lincoln will be welcoming the Humboldt Crabs and Medford Rogues back to Lincoln each for a 3-game series. The rest of the Potters schedule is filled with top-level non-league teams from across the West Coast. Highlighting the non-league home slate are games against the Arroyo Seco Saints, Novato Knicks, Sacramento Yankees, West Coast Kings, and Yuba-Sutter Gold Sox. Lincoln will also travel to play CCL South foes, the San Luis Obispo Blues and Santa Barbara Foresters.

This season’s promotions are spotlighted by six spectacular Fireworks Nights on Saturday, May 28; Saturday, June 18; Saturday, July 2; Monday, July 4; Saturday, July 16; and Saturday, July 30. 

Additionally, there will be seven premium Giveaway Nights that include: Rally Towels on Opening Night Friday, May 27 (courtesy of Fiddyment Farms);  Seat Cushions on Friday, June 3 (courtesy of American Gateway Insurance); Cowbells for Country Night on Friday, June 10 (courtesy of Marques General Engineering); Snap Towel Giveaway for Piper’s Birthday on Friday, June 24 (courtesy of Astro Air Design); Tumblers for Stars and Stripes Night (Fireworks & Themed Jersey) on Saturday, July 2 (Courtesy of Placer County Association of Realtors); Phantom & Stones Dual Bobblehead Giveaway Night on Saturday, July 23 (Courtesy of DR Horton); and Jersey Lunch Cooler for Fan Appreciation Night on Monday, August 1(Courtesy of Cornerstone Insurance).

The Potters will also have seven theme nights with special character appearances including: 80’s Night on Friday, June 3; Hispanic Heritage Night (Themed Jersey) on Saturday, June 4; Disney Night presented by Placer Title on Saturday, June 18; Piper’s Birthday and Mascot Night presented by Astro Air Design on Friday; June 24; Harry Potter Night on Saturday, June 25; Superhero Night on Saturday, July 16; and Star Wars Night (Themed Jersey) presented by UC Davis Health on Saturday, July 30.

The FREE Fan Fest presented by Rockstar Music Academy is back after a two-year hiatus. The Potters will play a three-inning intrasquad scrimmage followed by a meet-and-greet on the field where the players will be available for photos and autographs. Stick around following the meet-and-greet for live music and even more fun!

Opening Night presented by Gladding, McBean on Friday, May 27 will commence the Potters’ sixth season as they take on the Yuba-Sutter Gold Sox. The Potters will square off against the Solano Mudcats on Friday, June 10 for the California Collegiate League Home Opener.

The 2022 Potters season will feature six recurring promotions - Loomis Basin $2 Tuesdays with $2 12-ounce beers, soda, and water, Stella Rosa Wine Wednesdays with $3 Sangrias, 10 Barrel Thirsty Thursdays with $3 12-ounce beers, soda, and water, Designated Hitter Orange Fridays where all reserved seats will receive an exclusive giveaway, Dueling Dogs Cider Saturdays with $3 12-ounce Ciders, and Military Sundays where current and former Military members and their families receive free General Admission. 

Last but not least, there will be two Ladies Nights on Wednesday, June 8 and Wednesday, July 13. Ladies 21 and over will receive free General Admission.

On top of the baseball promotions, the Potters will be co-hosting two concerts with the Rockstar Music Academy on Saturday, June 11 and Saturday, July 9. More information regarding the bands will be announced soon. There will also be two stand-alone Movie Nights on Friday, July 1 (The Sandlot) and Friday, July 22 (The Incredibles).

The Potters will battle all season for a spot in the CCL State Championship Tournament August 4-6 hosted by the San Luis Obispo Blues. The West Coast World Series presented by Placer Valley Tourism will once again be held at Historic McBean Stadium from August 9-12 with 8 premier teams from all over the Western United States coming for a clash on the turf. Ticket information for these events will be announced at a later date.
