The Potters took home a win last night in the one-game series against the Marysville Gold Sox beating them 6-2.

For the Potters offense, Isaiah Garcia went 2-for-3 with two RBIs and a run scored, Zach Hall went 2-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored, Will Law went 1-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored, and Joseph Torres went 1-for-3 with an RBI.

Starting on the mound for the Potters was Josh Cooper who pitched four innings while allowing only two runs on three hits and striking out six. Hector Sepulveda took the win pitching two innings while only allowing two hits and striking out three. And Blake Hearn earned the save pitching one inning and striking out one.

The Potters start a four-game road trip with two games up in Medford and two in Chico before returning home to McBean Stadium on Tuesday, July 11th. The Potters improve to 21-12 on the season and remain 3.5 games back from first place in the Great West League.
